Complimentary New Patient Exams!
After checking in with our front desk receptionist, the Treatment Coordinator will take complimentary x-rays and a set of photographs to help the Doctor in his diagnosis. Dr. Firth will complete a full orthodontic examination and answer any questions, concerns you or your dentist may have. The Treatment Coordinator will then go over financials letting you know your total investment costs, what your insurance will cover, and if you qualify for payment options. We will also answer any additional questions or concerns that you may have from this examination or financials. You will be given copies of Dr. Firth’s diagnosis, photographs, and a financial sheet. Our staff always welcome patients to call our office with any questions that may arise after you have left your new patient exam visit.
Please call one of our locations and schedule an appointment. If you have orthodontic coverage please let us know so that we may contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits prior to your visit. Take time to complete the patient information form which is available below, or in the packet that we send by mail. Please bring this form and your dental insurance card with you to your new patient examination appointment. We look forward to meeting you!
